How to use this cutting list

  1. Confirm the actual sheet size and any damaged or unusable edge.
  2. Enter finished rectangular part sizes plus any machining allowance you need.
  3. Allow rotation only when the face, pattern or grain direction permits it.
  4. Use the layout to test quantity and rough placement, then choose a cutting sequence that matches your equipment and support method.

The layout does not model clamps, blade entry, support, grain matching, defects or tool reach. It is one workable arrangement, not proof that no tighter one exists.

What the layout includes

It places rectangles on identical sheets using one saw kerf and one edge trim. Curves, angled parts, mixed stock sizes and saved offcuts are not included, so check those separately before buying or cutting.
